This is where our project named "GuideMe" comes to overcome this misery. Based on object recognition modules and computer vision technology, GuideMe is a very light chest wearable cincture equipped with a high-resolution wide camera that is connected to an Arduino carte through Bluetooth to run an object recognition AI module to describe the path and the different turns for the user so he can avoid obstacles and move smoothly on his own in every situation. the user will get all the information needs from the Arduino to his phone that runs a voice module system to describe in detail the different objects on his way. GuideMe aims to fulfill this objective for now, but many features can be added long-term, such as a GPS module for directions. GuideMe is a costless IoT and AI-based solution with different hardware choices on the market. GuideMe, as it is simple to use as is effective and practical. |

Industry 4.0 is a rising paradigm that started in 2011 in Germany, and it was exported to other developed countries such as the USA, th UE, a,d Canada. this novel paradigm consists of the adoption of ICT technology, IoT, AI, Cyber-Physical systems, etc. into the industrial process to increase business capability and competitiveness. Many industrial domains have adopted the industrial IoT (IIoT) paradigm along with AI technology, and Blockchain technology (BCT). The supply chain is one of these industrial fields that leverage the aforementioned technologies. Supply chain management consists of the flow of products from the acquisition of the raw materials to the end consumer passing by manufacturing, distribution, wholesales, and retailers. This flow of product is coupled with a flow of information. Information can be about different stakeholders (the network participants) such as suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and customers that are connected to each other through ICT technologies. Information can be their addresses, ages, names, etc. Information can also be about the product itself such as the quantities (ordered, delivered, stored, etc), the weight, the color, and the environmental requirement conditions of conservation (temperature, pressure, humidity, etc), and its location through the different phases of the supply chain. Information about raw materials (the quantity sent, the price, ect.). In the existing supply chain system, there is a lack of entirely trust, and it is impossible to monitor the status of the product from the acquisition of the raw materials to the comsumption passing throuh the production process. However, there is a need to control the environmental conditions in rea-time, especially in the case of the cold chain (foods and medicines). There is a lack of real-time communication between different stakeholders which can lead to asynchronous information and human errors. IoT, AI, and Blockchain are novel technologies that can support supply chain management to make it more efficient, flexible and smart (intelligent decision making). IoT devices such as Cyber-Physical systems, sensors, actuators, intelligent machines etc. contribute to collect data from the environment in which the product is stored, manufactured, distributed, and so on. they can also inform the supply chain actors about the location of the product (product tracking), and about the environmental measurements in real-time. Blockchain is a distributed database enabling secure and encrypted data storage for better data sharing, visibility and transparency in the supply chain. All the actors of the supply chain including the end consumer, can see in real-time the status of the product, its location, if there is a violation of the conservation requirement conditions or not, and if the product is still valid or not. This can be computed using smart contacts of blockchain and the AI technology enabling the handling of the data collected and stored into blockchain database. AI can deal with the collected data in order to select the pertinent features, manage the energy consumption, manage the inventory, and control the product's conditions for real-time decision making. AI can also support the supply chain management by providing it with an order prediction system. At the enpoint of the supply chain, an AI algorithm can decide if a product is still valid or not according to the path that it passed through and the data collected. My proposed solution will be a framework that enables sustainable cold chain management system based on IoT, AI and Blockchain. The cold chain can be a food chain (which can be applied for the fish exporting chain in Tunisia) or a pharmaceutic chain (covid-19 vaccine) that needs precision tracking and control of the good and its requirement conditions of storage and conservation in real-time. Also, the real-time management of the exchanged data between the different stakeholders is mandatory such as orders management, invoce management, avoiding product recalls, etc. The proposed framework is a decentralized data management system that privides a Smart Supply Chain Management for food and pharmaceutic industry. The use case will be a Smart Supply Chain management Framework for the Covid-19 Vaccine: Preparing for Purchasing, Production and Distribution. In every stage from the acquisition of the raw materials to the using of the vaccine by the patient, we can collect and track data that will be shared between the different stakeholders, handled, and valued informations will be extracted from it. |
يعد التحول الرقمي إلزاميا و مهما للمؤسسات للحفاظ على قدرتها التنافسية في عصر الإقتصاد الرقمي و التطور التكنولوجي. الجيل الرابع للصناعة نموذا صاعدا بدأ سنة 2011 بألمانيا، و تم تصديره إلى دول متقدمة أخرى مثل الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، و دول الإتحاد الأوروبي، و كندا، و الصين، و اليابان، إلخ. يعتمد هذا النموذج الجديد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإتصالات و إنترنت الأشياء و الذكاء الإصطناعي و الأنظمة السيبرانية الفيزيائية، و ما إلى ذلك في العملية الصناعية من أجل زيادة القدرة التجارية و التنافسية. اعتمدت العديد من المجالات الصناعية نموذج انترنت الأشياء الصناعي جنبا إلى جنب مع تقنية الذكاء الإصطناعي و البلوكتشين. سلسلة التوريد هي واحدة من هذه المجالات الصناعية التي تستفيد من التقنيات المذكورة أعلاه. تتكون إدارة سلسلة التوريد من تدفق المنتجات من اقتناء المواد الخام وصولا إلى المستهلك النهائي مرورا بالتصنيع و التوزيع و البيع بالجملة و تجار التجزئة. يقترن تدفق المنتج بتدفق المعلومات. يمكن أن تكون هذه المعلومات عن مختلف أصحاب المصلحة المشاركون في الشبكة مثل الموردين (المزودين) و المصنعون و الموزعين و تجار التجزئة و العملاء الذين هم متصلين ببعضهم البعض عن طريق تقنيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات. يمكن تكون هذه المعلومات عناوينهم، أسمائهم، أعمارهم، و ما إلى غير ذلك. كذلك يمكن أن تكون هذه المحلومات حول المنتج نفسة مثل الكميات المطلوبة، الكميات المصنعة و الكميات المسلمة و الخزنة، و الوزن و اللون و الشروط البيئية للحفظ و التخزين (درجة الحرارة، الضغط، الرطوبة، و ما إلى غير ذلك)، و الموقع خلال مراحل سلسلة التوريد المختلفة. كذلك يمكن جمع معلومات حول المواد الخام (الكمية، السعر، إلخ.). تفتقر أنظمة إدارة سلسلة التوريد الحالية إلى ضمان الثقة التامةبين جميع المشتركين و مصادر البيانات و يمكن أن تكون مخترقة و من المستحيل مراقبة حالة المنتج منذ الحصول على المواد الخام حتى الاستهلاك مرورا بعملية الانتاج. إضافة إلى الحاجة إلى مراقبة الضروف البيئية في الوقت الحيني خاصة في حالة سلسلة التبريد (الأطعمة و الأدوية). كذلك ثمة نقص في الاتصال في الوقت الحيني بين مختلف المشتركين مما قد يؤدي إلى معلومات غير متزامنة و أخطاء بشرية. انترنت الأشياء و الذكاء الاصطناعي و البلوكتشين هي تقنيات جديدة يمكنها دعم إدارة سلسلة التوريد (التزويد) لجعلها أكثر كفاءة و مرونة و ذكية (اتخاذ قرارات ذكية و تلقائية). تساهم أجهزة انترنت الأشياء مثل الأنظمة السيبرانية الفيزيائية و أجهزة الاستشعار و المشغلات الآلات الذكية و نا إلى ذلك في جمع البيانات من البيئة التي يتم فيها تخزين المنتج و توزيعه و صناعته، إلخ. يمكن أيضا الاستعلام عن موقع المنتج و عمن بحوزته (تتبع المنتج) و عن القياسات البيئية في الوقت الحيني. البلوكتشين هي قاعدة بيانات موزعة تتيخ تخزين البيانات بشكل آمن و مشفر لتحسين مشاركتها بشفافية و امكانية رؤيتها من طرف جميع المشاركين في سلسلة التوريد. يمكن لجميع الفئات الفاعلة في سلسلة التوريد بما في ذلك المستهلك النهائي تتبع حالة المنتج في الوقت الحيني و موقعه و ما إذا كان هناك انتهاك لشروط الحفظ أم لا، و ما إذا كان المنتج لا يزال صالحا أم لا. و هذا باستعمال تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تسمح بمعالجة البيانات المجمعة و المخزنة في قاعدة بيانات البلوكتشين. يمكن لتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي التعامل مع البيانات التي تم جمعها من خلال وسائل انترنت الأشياء من أجل تحديد البيانات ذات الصلة و ادارة استهلاك الطاقة و ادارة المخزون و مراقبة الظروف البيئية للمنتج اثناء الصناعة أو التوزيع لاتخاذ القرار في الوقت الحيني. يمكن أن يدعم الذكاء الاصطناعي ادارة سلسلة التوريد من خلال تزويدها بنظام تنبؤ بالطلبيات. عند نقطة نهاية سلسلة التزويد يكمن من خلال خوارزمية الذكاء الاصطناعي معرفة ما إذا كان المنتج صالحا للاستعمال أم يجب إتلافه وفقا للمسار و الحالات التي مر بها و البيانات التي تم جمعها عنه. النظام الذي سأقترحه هو عبارة عن منصة عمل تمكن الادارة المستدامة لسلسلة توريد باردة اعتمادا على انترنت الأشياء و الذكاء الاصطناعي و البلوكتشين. يمكن أن تكون سلسلة التبريد هذه عبارة عن سلسلة غذائية (يمكن تطبيقها لسلسلة تصدير الأسماك في تونس (الجمبري)) أو سلسلة الأدوية (لقاح كوفيد-19) التي تحتاج إلى تتبع و مراقبة دقيقتين و حينيتين للمنتج و شروطها الخاصة بالتخزين و الحفظ. أيضا تعد الادارة الحينية للبيانات المتبادلة بين مختلف المساهمين في سلسلة التوريد أمرا إلزاميا مثل إدارة الطلبيات و إدارة الفواتير و العقود، إلخ. النظام المقترحهو نظام إدارة بيانات لا مركزي يوفر إدارة سلسلة التوريد الذكية لصناعة الأغذية أو الأدوية. سيتم تطبيق هذا النظام على سلسلة توريد (تزويد) لقاحات كوفيد-19 حبث سيتم تتبع اللقاحات منذ اقتناء المواد الاولية للشركة المصنعة مرورا بتصنيع اللقحات ثم توزيعها. في جميع هذه المراحل وصولا إلى استعمال اللقاح من طرف المريض يكمن تتبع و جمع البيانات التي تتم مشاركتها بين جميع الأطراف و تحليلها و استخراج المعلومات ذات قيمة منها. |

It is a system which uses IA to keep drowsy drivers awake and to detect if the driver is under alcohol influence. The system works thanks to a camera and a buzzer which constantly monitor the driver .It can accurately measure specific characteristics, facial expressions, yawning etc...The collected data is then processed using artificial intelligence and a judgment is made on the drowsiness of the driver or its drunk .The system is accurate enough to detect shallow drowsiness long before the driver can perceive it .In the first case(drowsiness)there is an alert to make the driver awake and aware of his situation. In the second case(drunk) the buzzer won't stop until he stop driving or the driver is changead ..drunk people shouldn't drive no matter what ! Our project will impact directly 4 & indirectly 2 SDGs .
